I am back to post about the happenings after I went missing for 6 days
East Day ( 6th December 2008 ) :
Had East Day with the whole group from east. There were 12 groups of all shapes & sizes with 4 stations and 1 mega challenge.
The game briefing was at Plaza Singapura Basement and we were all screaming like no one was there :x We were divided into teams and there was 6 people in our group (including me).
The people are :
1) Cher (leader)
2)YingJie
3)Hao Jun
4)Myself
Still got 2 more but I forgot their names :x (Short term memory arh)
4 girls and 2 boys
The Amazing Race started and everyone was scattered around running to carrefour.
Station 1 -> Carrefour Challenge
We were suppose to use our phones to snap 15-20 items which amounts to the closet of $324.94. The items that we were suppose to have includes 1 electronic appliances, 1 household item and 1 clothing.
We took pictures of 15 items (or was it 16 items) which totalled up to $324.95 then rushed back to the basement to find the game master to see that other teams are there also. By the time we got the second station clue, we were at 7th place and Hao Jun had to go home.

Station 2 -> The Cathay
We were supposed to count how many TV were there on the highest floor and find the game master was like on the 5th floor. Our answer was wrong but we guessed the answer a few times before we got it right.
Station 3 -> Do Or Dare ( The Cathay)
We had to find 3 adults to do chicken dance & flim it down or tie our legs until the end of the race.
Obviously, we choosed to do the chicken dance as it would be much easier but took us a while to accomplish it as most of the people that the girls found were not willing to do it. Once we done it, we ran back to the game master and Cher showed the video.
Got the next clue and it comes in a form of a riddle :

Basically, I think that all group went to the basement to find the shop which includes our group too. After that, I read the clue and found out the clue which actually leading us to some place but I just could not think of it. I was thinking about the hints which were queen, basement & city. I went to the toilet while the girls waited outside for me.
So they said they wanted to go to Ngee Ann City's Dairy Queen so we quickly walk and ran to the nearest bus stop to take bus 36 as that was the bus that came first.Reached the bus stop and walk to the traffic light and then we had cross the road just to reach the building.
While queuing to buy the ice cream, Wilfred's teammates came and they were a few people away from us buying.
After we got the ice cream, we got someone to help us take photo and then went to the nearest photo shop to develop it out and it took us 2 minutes and $2 for a 3R sized photo (Shared the amount evenly between ourselves)
While waiting, Cher called Jacq and asked about the next location which is SMU Admin Block,beside NTUC Income and we got to get there in the shortest time possible using any transport. At first, we decided to take bus but seeing the crowd at the underpass, we decided to take MRT instead to City Hall and then run there. 1 of the girls went to buy standard ticket while 1 went to toilet and 1 went to top up. Waited for all to come back before we could go inside as we do not want to leave anyone behind.
Boarded the train & headed for city hall MRT station and we quickly ran after we tapped our cards and returned the standard ticket. Kept pushing myself to the limit & also the encouragement from my team mates which made me not to give up until we reached the SMU Admin Block. Thanks a lot girls :D
Reached there and guess what ? We were the first team to arrive and then went to 7-11 to buy drinks and chatted with the girls.
After that, we had the ultimate challange which was to drink down a cup of the giant slurpee using 2 straws. We did not quite hear the instructions clearly which was at 1/4 cup left, we could just open the top of the cup and drink it so we just drank it all the way with the 2 straws we had.
I was like drinking half a cup of the slurpee like nobody business and was hopping around as I had brain freeze. But too bad, another group won but the best thing was that we enjoyed ourselves.
